This will happen incase the Compressed File scanning is turned off in the eScan Monitor.
Please make some changes in the Realtime monitor settings of escan and to make these changes click on
Start->Programs-> eScan for Windows -> eScan for windows
select the second button ” Monitor ” from the top of the screen and here enable the option of compressed files.
This above mentioned feature is available only upto eScan version 2.6.225.8
